Manual work is slowing the business down

Automate repetitive workflows, connect your tools, generate reports, and cut the copy-paste work.

Payments or subscriptions need engineering

Build or fix Stripe, Stripe Connect, checkout, billing, webhooks, and payment-related flows.

You need a feature or internal tool built

Dashboards, admin panels, MVP features, APIs, and production-ready backend workflows.

Automations & AI workflows

Remove repetitive manual work with automations across apps, APIs, email, and AI.

Performance, fixes & technical rescue

Debug broken builds, fix bugs, and recover slow or unstable systems.

WordPress & WooCommerce engineering

Custom plugins, store work, performance, and serious WordPress engineering — not just theme tweaks.

How it works

A simple, predictable process from first message to delivery.

  1. You send the problem

Describe what's broken or what you want to build.

  2. I review the scope

I confirm what's involved and flag anything unclear.

  3. We agree on price and delivery

Fixed price and a clear delivery date, in writing.

  4. You pay 50% upfront

Work starts as soon as the deposit is in.

  5. I deliver, test, and report

You get the finished work, tested, with a short summary of what changed.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about scope, pricing, timeline, and how engagements usually start.

What kind of projects do you take on?

I take on full stack product work, WordPress and WooCommerce engineering, Stripe and payment flows, API and backend systems, automations and integrations, and technical rescue for systems that are broken, slow, or unstable. The best fit is a clear business problem with production ownership, not endless speculative brainstorming.

How does pricing work?

Most work is scoped as a fixed-price package after I understand the problem. Focused rescue work usually starts from $750, automation and integration sprints from $1,500, build sprints from $2,500, and larger custom product builds are quoted from about $5,000 based on complexity and integrations.

How fast can you start and deliver?

I usually reply within one business day. Smaller fixes and rescue sprints can often start quickly once access and scope are clear. Larger builds begin after we agree on price, timeline, and a 50% deposit. Delivery dates are written into the engagement so expectations stay explicit.

Do you work with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Stripe?

Yes. I work deeply with WordPress and WooCommerce for plugins, store operations, performance, and checkout issues, and with Stripe and Stripe Connect for checkout, billing, subscriptions, webhooks, payouts, and reconciliation. I also connect those systems to React, Next.js, and Node.js applications when the product spans more than WordPress alone.

Do you work remotely with international clients?

Yes. I am based in Rio de Janeiro and work remotely with founders, agencies, and businesses internationally. I work in English and Portuguese, use asynchronous communication by default, and keep meaningful overlap with US business hours when the project needs it.

What do you need from me to estimate a project?

Send a short description of what is broken or what you want built, links to the product or store if they exist, the tools involved, and any hard deadline. Access details can wait until we agree on scope. The clearer the problem and constraints, the faster I can return a price and timeline.

Have a system to build, fix, or automate?

Send a short description of what you need. I'll review the scope and get back to you with a price and timeline.
